Does include the back plate. When it powers on, the screen just stays all blank - Physically in very good shape / No breaks or cracks - Unable to test further Phone may have more or less issues than what are listed in the item condition. The device either had something wrong with it or we didn't have a battery/charger to thoroughly inspect it, so it is just being listed as For Parts / Prop Phone. Condition is Parts Only.
